A provider code is a more simplistic way to sign into your subscription service, bypassing the need of the traditional username and password.
To access your provider code simply sign into your Client Area on this website. On the Client Area page you will see "Pair your TV." Under it says "generate my pairing code" in a blue box. Select "generate my pairing code."
The next screen walks you through downloading the Tandem App if you need it. App download is done by utilizing the Downloader App. (Downloader App is searchable in your devices app store.)
Once you have the Tandem App enter your provider code.
