Sometimes a person can get the message that says incorrect login while entering their information. A couple of the characters can be hard to differentiate. Below is a link to a site that provides phonetics. Simply go to the site and copy and paste your logins there. It will give you phonetics for each character in your login. Keep in mind that logins do not break and do not come out as incorrect, so if it says you've entered it incorrectly you have done so. Here's the link.
