Support Ticket Response Times

I first want to thank each one of you for your continued patronage. We have been on this journey going on 8 years now. That being said, I'm aware that support ticket response times have gotten lengthy. To be totally transparent this is due to several factors including me being solo running everything to other outside factors that I also have to direct my attention to. Please keep in mind this isn't a huge corporation with a call center, it's just little ole me. So absolutely keep putting in your tickets If you need help. Just be aware it will take time for me to get to it. But I will tell you all that if you put in a ticket there will never be a time that I will not answer it. I always answer each one. Thank you once again for all your support over the years.
