Important Notice: Service Price Increase

I hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your continued support and trust in us. It is with mixed feelings that we write to inform you of an upcoming change in our pricing structure.
 
As part of our commitment to providing you with high-quality hardware, software and support, we have continuously invested in improving our products and services. These investments include enhancements in software features, security, and performance, as well as ongoing customer support and updates.
 
In order to sustain and further improve these efforts, we find it necessary to adjust our pricing to better align with the industry and value we provide. Therefore, we will be implementing a price increment of 5.00 for monthly and 20.00 for semi annual per subscription for our hardware, software, effective from [10/24/2023]. This change will apply to all existing, new purchases, and renewals made on or after that date.
 
We understand that a price increase can raise concerns, and we want to assure you that we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional value for your investment. Please keep in mind that since our humble beginnings back in 2017 that is has been our only price increase. Our commitment to product excellence and customer satisfaction remains unwavering.
