When making a support ticket if you are a customer of this site you need to log into your client area first, then submit your ticket. Do not submit tickets as a guest. We cannot see your account information as a guest and you'll be told to redo your ticket and sign in. Also do not respond to tickets via email. Only respond to your tickets by going through this site. Emailed responses to support tickets will not be received.
